Stancom was founded by Stanley Mislow in Atlanta in 1962. The company originally sold citizen band two-way radios and sound systems. As technology progressed, Stancom evolved into selling and installing city-wide business band radio systems, sound and intercom systems and eventually closed circuit television and access control systems.
Marvin Boaz joined the company in 1973. Marvin earned a BBA from Georgia State University and is a graduate of The United States Air Force Technical Training School. He holds a State of Georgia Low Voltage General Contractor’s license.
Bobby Mislow joined the company in 1989. He attended Georgia Southern University.
During their professional careers with Stancom, Marvin and Bobby have designed, installed and maintained thousands of systems for all types of customers. They frequently attend manufacturers’ training seminars to keep up with the latest in commercial security systems.
Dodie Doss handles accounts payables, accounts receivables and bookkeeping.
